The 18th annual Babylon Village Chamber of Commerce Fall Festival held on October 9 was a big hit with residents who crammed the sidewalks along the closed-off Deer Park Avenue.  The fair featured displays and stands from village businesses as well as attractions for children and adults.  The Conklin House Apples &amp; Arts Festival featured local artists and apple-themed events on the grounds of the historic home.
