A Valentine Tribute to Veterans in West Babylon
South Bay Elementary students crafted hearts and wrote letters to veterans.
West Babylon students paid tribute to veterans both abroad and at home by participating in the Valentines for Veterans Program.
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, South Bay Elementary School students crafted hearts and wrote letters to the veterans, thanking them for their commitment to preserving the country’s freedoms.
Third-grade teacher Christina Delaney said, “We hope the veterans who receive our cards can feel our heartfelt appreciation.”
