Filed in Saratoga County, the case questions how schools and social services handled repeated absence and medical concerns before the tragedy, with a hearing set for October 22.

One Bar Stool, 650 Soldiers (crlmag.com) — Ballston Spa veterans are among roughly 650 World War II and Korean War servicemembers captured in a unique photo collection taken at a Mechanicville tavern, now being preserved by the local library.
