Anti-Police Graffiti Found In Bay Shore
The graffiti was discovered at 5 different locations on Tuesday.
BAY SHORE, NY - Anti-police graffiti was found at multiple locations in Bay Shore on Tuesday.
Suffolk Police confirmed that graffiti was found at the following locations:
- Side of building at Northwell Health on 1933 Union Boulevard
- Fence at Awixa Avenue and East Main Street
- Dermatology Office sign on 2011 Union Boulevard
- Electric Box Railroad Track and Penataquit
- Liberty Travel on 1675 Sunrise Highway
All the graffiti included the word "COPS" with an X over the O) and BLM, an acronym for Black Lives Matter, written underneath.
