Bay Shore Burger Joint Among Top 10 in Great Burger Battle

It was a fierce competition, but Pulse Magazine recently chose from the top 10 burgers on Long Island for their annual Great Burger Battle.

The event took place in Patchogue on August 14.

Local Bay Shore restaurant, Local Burger Co., located on 62 E. Main Street, was among those to make it the to final competition.

However, it was Dirtyburger in Plainview that came out on top as the best burger on Long Island.

Other restaurants that made the list included:

• GM Burger Bar in Rockville Centre and Massapequa Park
• Left Coast Kitchen & Cocktails in Merrick
• New York Burger Bar in Massapequa
• Off the Block Kitchen & Meats in Sayville
• South Shore Dive in West Sayville
• The Mill Roadhouse in Westhampton Beach
• The Tap Room in Patchogue and Massapequa
• Vauxhall in Huntington
