Bay Shore Field Hockey Plays For A Cure
Members of the Bay Shore Field Hockey team wore pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness during their October 7th game.
BAY SHORE, NY - From Bay Shore Schools: The Bay Shore Field Hockey program had its annual "Play For a Cure" Breast Cancer game on Saturday, October 7th. It was a successful day on the field with a win against Bayport-Blue Point and an even more successful day off the field, with the program raising money to support the fight against breast cancer. This year the team continues to help those in the community by donating to Bay Shore teacher Katy Schomberg and the Marianne Syrett Scholarship fund.
