Bay Shore Man Charged With Possessing Child Porn: SCPD
The 25-year-old was convicted once before on child pornography charges back in 2016, police say.

BAY SHORE, NY - A Bay Shore man was arrested on child pornography charges Monday, according to Suffolk Police.
Detectives arrested 25-year-old Cristhian Villavicencio at his Reilly Street home for possessing child pornography on his cell phone at 5:30 p.m., police said.
He was charged with one count of possessing sexual performance by a child less than 16-years-old, police said.

Detectives also charged Villavicencio, who was on probation for a 2016 conviction for possessing sexual performance by a child less than 16-years-old, with three counts of failing to register the social media accounts found on his cell phone, police said.
Failing to register the accounts is a violation of the New York State corrections law, an E Felony.

Villavicencio will be held overnight at the Fourth Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.
