Man Charged In Suffolk County Crime Spree
The 54-year-old is charged for nine different crimes across Suffolk County over the past month.

BAY SHORE, NY - A 54-year-old man is arrested in Bay Shore on Monday for a total of nine different crimes across Suffolk County over the past month, according to Suffolk Police.
Alan Lepre, formerly of East Northport, was arrested on Center Street at about 8:56 p.m. and was charged with robbery, grand larceny, and petty larceny.
The Second Precinct Crime Section officers arrested Lepre and charged him with:

- Petty larceny at Mavis tire on Larkfield Road in East Northport on June 20
- Petty larceny at Sheer Elegance on Larkfield Road in East Northport on June 12
- Petty larceny at Broadway Grooming on Broadway in Greenlawn on June 27
- Seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for possessing heroin during his arrest.
The Major Case Unit officers charged him with:
- Third degree robbery for the robbery of a TD Bank on Montauk Highway in West Islip on July 2
- Third degree robbery for the robbery of a Suffolk Federal Credit Union on Jericho Turnpike in Commack on July 5
The Second and Fourth Precinct Squad detectives charged him with:

- Third degree grand larceny for the theft of a motor vehicle from the Northport train station on June 29
- Fourth degree grand larceny for stealing $1,000 from Curtains and Home on Veterans Highway in Commack on June 28
- Fourth degree grand larceny at Larkfield Lanes in East Northport on June 20
Lepre was convicted for robbing two East Northport banks in 2012 and spent two years in jail. He has been in and out of jail since 1992 for several different crimes.
Police will be releasing additional information at a press conference on Tuesday afternoon.
