Three Bay Shore High School Students Named Merit Scholars
The students were recognized as Merit Scholars after PSAT scores placed them in the top 5% in the nation.
From Bay Shore High School: Three Bay Shore High School students have been named Commended Students in the National Merit Scholarship Program. Derek Brown, Joseph Canale and Samuel Murdock were among the more than one million students who took the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. Their scores placed them among the top 5% in the nation.
