Burglar Breaks Into Bayside Salon, Raids Cash Register: Police

BAYSIDE, QUEENS — Police are looking for the person who broke into a Bayside salon last week and emptied its cash register.

The burglar got into Kamal Threading Salon and Beauty Spa on Francis Lewis Boulevard sometime on Thursday, according to the NYPD.

The woman who reported the burglary told police she showed up at the salon Friday morning and found that the glass front door was broken and money was missing from the register.

Police released a surveillance image of the suspected burglar on social media Wednesday.
