Queens Man Hung Cellphone Over Fitting Room Wall at Long Island Mall: Police
The 31-year-old is charged with unlawful surveillance and public lewdness, police say.

GARDEN CITY, NY - A 31-year-old Queens man was arrested after he took photos of a woman inside a fitting room at the Roosevelt Field Mall with his cellphone, Nassau Police said.
According to police, Troy Gibbons-Blair, of Jamaica, was inside the American Apparel store when he approached a 20-year-old woman near the fitting room and tried to engage her in lewd conversation, police said.
A short time later, a different 20-year-old woman observed Gibbons-Blair hanging his cell phone over the wall in the fitting room, photographing her as she undressed, police said.
Police were notified and Gibbons-Blair was arrested at the scene, police said.
Gibbons-Blair is charged with second degree unlawful surveillance and public lewdness. He will be arraigned on Friday in First District Court in Hempstead.
