The Port Washington LIRR trains, which have been shut down since July for work on Grand Central's tunnel, will resume service on Sept. 4.
Work on Grand Central's tunnel entrance will shut down select weekday Port Washington LIRR trains from July 21 to Sept. 3, the MTA said.
The long-sought traffic signal will be installed at the Northern Boulevard intersection in "the coming days," city officials said.
