• ECHL: New Mexico Goatheads Sign Brandon Chabrier for 2026-27 Season (yardbarker.com) — Bayville native Brandon Chabrier is turning pro, signing with the New Mexico Goatheads for the 2026–27 ECHL season after a strong college career at the University of Maine. The 24-year-old defenseman, who grew up playing for Long Island youth programs and Portledge School, now gets his first full professional season after a brief stint with the Maine Mariners.
