2-Alarm Fire Erupts In Bed-Stuy Home, FDNY Says
Firefighters battled flames inside a Lafayette Avenue home Friday afternoon, FDNY officials said.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN -- A massive blaze erupted in a Bed-Stuy home Friday afternoon, FDNY officials said.
The second-alarm fire broke out on the first floor of 782 Lafayette Ave. at about 2 p.m., according to the FDNY.
The flames quickly spread up into the second and third floors, but firefighters had managed to put out the fire by 3 p.m., according to an FDNY spokesperson.

No injuries were reported, FDNY officials said.
