Man Shot Dead And Another Wounded On Bed-Stuy Corner, Cops Says

A 21-year-old man was fatally shot in the neck Tuesday afternoon, police said.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN -- One man was shot dead and another injured on a Bed-Stuy street corner Tuesday afternoon, officials said.

A 21-year-old man was shot in the neck and a 22-year-old shot in the right hip at the corner of Marcus Garvey Boulevard and Pulaski Street at about 2:20 p.m., police said.

Emergency responders rushed the 21-year-old to Woodhull Hospital where he later died, police said.

The 22-year-old was taken to Kings County Hospital where he was listed in stable condition, said police.

There were no immediate arrests and the investigation remains ongoing, police said.
