25-Year-Old Dies At Brooklyn Navy Yard Construction Site: Cops
Marcos Rodriguez was found with injuries consistent from falling from an "elevated position" at the Yard, police said.
BROOKLYN, NY — A 25-year-old died after an apparent fall at a construction site at the Brooklyn Navy Yard on Thursday, police said.
Marcos Rodriguez, who lived in Bay Ridge, was found unconscious and unresponsive at a construction site at the Navy Yard's Building R109 just before 8:30 a.m., police said.
Rodriguez had injuries to his legs and head that were"consistent with a fall from an elevated position," police said.

He was taken to Brooklyn Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Cops said they do not suspect criminality in Rodriguez's death. The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
