Bed-Stuy Woman Goes Missing With Her 2-Week-Old Nephew: Cops
Maria Martese was last seen Thursday leaving her Howard Avenue home with her 2-week-old nephew.

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A Bed-Stuy woman disappeared this week with her 2-week-old nephew, police said.
Maria Martese, 46, was last seen leaving her Howard Avenue home around noon on Thursday, along with her newborn nephew Jace Richardson. Jace also lived at the 240 Howard Ave. address, records show.
Martese is described as having a medium complexion with brown eyes and dark hair. She was last seen wearing a black and burgundy jacket, blue jeans and brown boots.

Jace has brown eyes, a light complexion and was last seen wearing a blue snow suit with a blue and red puppy hat.

Update: Police announced at 11:15 a.m. Friday that Martese and Jace have been found. Officers said they are still investigating.
