'Big Guy' Wanted In Bed-Stuy Subway Robbery, Police Say
A man wearing a T-shirt that read "BIG GUYS RULE" stole another man's wallet at the Utica Avenue station, police said.
BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — Police are searching for a man who held up a straphanger for his wallet in an elevator at a Bedford-Stuyvesant subway station on Thursday. The robber — wearing a T-shirt that said "BIG GUYS RULE" — pulled a yellow box cutter on the other man after following him into the elevator at the Utica Avenue A/C stop around 3 a.m., the NYPD said.
The big guy took the 30-year-old victim's wallet, which held bank cards, $7, a MetroCard and several IDs, according to police.
The robber then fled towards the Manhattan-bound A train platform and continued to an unknown destination, the NYPD said.

Surveillance video captured photos and video of the man, who is Hispanic, about 30 years old, has a beard, stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 230 pounds, police said.
He was last seen wearing a black coat and black pants in addition to his eye-catching T-shirt, police said.
