Cyclist In Coma After Being Punched Off Bike In Bed-Stuy, Police Say
Police are hunting for the man who punched a cyclist off his bike Thursday morning and left him with severe head trauma, police said.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — A cyclist who was punched in the face while riding his bike in Bed-Stuy Thursday is now in critical condition after his head hit the pavement, according to police.
The 38-year-old man was riding down Fulton Street near Albany Avenue around 1:30 a.m. when he was knocked off his bike by swift punch from an unidentified man, said police.
The cyclist’s head hit the concrete with enough force to cause severe trauma, police said.

Emergency responders rushed the man to Kings County Hospital where he was placed into a medically-induced coma and listed in critical condition, said police.
Police released three images of the suspect, whom they describe as a man in his mid-twenties sporting a beard, a Nike baseball cap, sweatpants, sandals, and a long-sleeved shirt with the letter G on the front.
