Hart's Team To Open Natural Wine And Chicken Bar In Bed-Stuy
The Fly is slated to open at 549 Classon Ave. later this year, according to it's website ... which also shows ducks doing the chicken dance.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN -- A new natural wine and chicken bar is coming to Bed-Stuy, courtesy of the team behind the local Mediterranean eatery Hart's.
The Fly, named after the beloved Hart's cocktail, is slated to open in early 2019 at 549 Classon Ave., two blocks away from Hart's, according to the restaurant's Instagram feed.
The menu will feature a natural wine list and a rotisserie chicken bar, according to the restaurant website that inexplicably, but enjoyably, includes video of ducks doing The Chicken Dance in Italian (or the dance of the quack quack).

Eater reported that co-owners Leah Campbell, Nialls Fallon, Nick Perkins, and Chef Katie Jackson, who also partnered on Cervo's in Manhattan, will also serve sides, beers and cocktails in the 70-seat restaurant, designed by Russell Perkins.
The Hart's team have won numerous accolades, including a star from New York Times food critic Pete Wells and mention in Bon Appetit's list of best new restaurants in 2017.
