If you have a boiler which is operating at 350,000 Btu or higher, you are required to file annual boiler inspection, regardless of building occupancy or use.

What happens if the boiler requires repair?
The boiler inspector must provide the owner a signed form BO-13, which the owner must submit to NYC Department of Buildings. After re-inspecting the boiler following repairs, the owner must submit the form within 45 days of the original survey date.
