Man Found Hanging From Tree in Brooklyn

Police discovered a man hanging from a tree on Thursday morning near Fillmore Avenue and Madison Place in Brooklyn’s Marine Park.

“They found him hanging from a tree by the basketball courts,” says NYPD spokesman Brian Sessa. A playground and junior high school are located in the immediate vicinity.

The man has yet to be identified. However, police tell Patch his death has already been ruled a suicide.

According to the New York Post, ”the body of the unidentified man was spotted dangling from a noose” around 6:45 a.m.
