Rifle-Toting Men Ran Bed-Stuy Credit Card Forgery Scam: Police
Cops have arrested three Bed-Stuy men they found with an AK-47, heroin and a large pile of forged credit cards, records show.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN -- Police busted local gang members running a credit card forgery scam after they found the trio with an assault rifle, two guns, a bayonet and a large quantity of heroin, police and prosecutors said.
Terrance Ferguson, 31, Darrow Boomer, 54, and Jahkim Brewer, 30, each face more than 60 counts of felony charges after Bed-Stuy cops found them with the illegal loot near Quincy Street and Stuyvesant Avenue Friday, police said.
Police found the three men with an AK-47 assault rifle, two handguns, large quantities of ammo, heroin, marijuana, dozens of forged credit cards and a credit card skimming machine at about 9 p.m., police and prosecutors said.

Ferguson, Boomer and Brewer were arraigned on 64 counts each of forgery, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in Brooklyn Criminal Court Sunday, court records show.
Ferguson and Brewer were held on $100,000 cash bonds and Boomer was held on a $75,000 cash bond, court records show.

The Brooklyn District Attorney's office did not immediately respond to Patch's request for more information.
