The Great Escape: The T-Cup Cafe

T-Cup Cafe provides a relaxed environment when things get hectic

So, it's "Humpday" (Wednesday), and you need a break.

After all, the daily grind of living in the city can take its toll on anybody.

Sure, there’s probably a Starbucks within walking distance of your job. But the coffee is overrated, and the idea of feeding a corporate giant just doesn’t sit well with you. So what other local spots are available to relax, enjoy a pastry and a hot drink, people-watch and not have to talk, (unless, of course, you want to)?

Have you checked out the T-Cup Café? From its exterior, the T-Cup Café doesn’t amount to much—but take a peek inside, and immediately you're transported to a place that feels like a second home-- a place that is spacious with people who learn your first name: A place that encourages the act of deep breathing.

Located at 627 Throop Avenue between MacDonough and Decatur Street, the T-Cup Café offers tasty and healthy treats for all who visit. They even take suggestions for their menu and offer free Wi-Fi for those of you attached to your laptops. It’s a friendly atmosphere, with customers that range in age and background.
