Video: Shooter Blasts Jeep And Flees In Bed-Stuy, Cops Say

Police have released footage of the shooter who attempted to assassinate a Jeep in Bed-Stuy.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN -- This person really hates Jeeps.

A parka-clad person was caught on camera shooting a black Jeep parked near Madison Street and Marcy Avenue in footage police released Tuesday.

The shooter ran toward the Jeep at 5:45 p.m. on March 14, blasted several rounds into the door, turned and ran, video shows.

The 40-year-old man inside the Jeep was not hurt, police said.

Police are now looking for the suspect, who wore a dark parka, gray sweatsuit and black-and-white sneakers.
