Video: Shooters Gun Down Man On Albany Ave., Police Say

A man was caught on camera running for his life, trying to escape the armed man chasing him down Albany Avenue early Saturday, police said.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — Police are hunting for two men caught on camera as they chased their victim down Albany Avenue moments before shooting him in the leg.

The 22-year-old man tried to outrun his pursuers but was shot down on Albany Avenue near Fulton Street at around 1:10 a.m. Saturday morning, police said.

The man was rushed to King County Hospital with a bullet wound in his left thigh, police said.

Police released footage of the shooting on Sunday which shows the victim racing down the street, only to be pursued by one of his attackers.

No arrests had been made as of Monday morning and the victim was in stable condition, police said.
