Video Shows Bed-Stuy Shooting That Left 3 Seriously Injured: Cops
The number of teenagers victimized by violence on Brooklyn streets this summer continues to increase, police said.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — A young woman and two young men were shot on a Bed-Stuy street corner this month as the number of teenagers victimized by violence in the streets of Brooklyn this summer mounts, police said.
The 19-year-old woman and two men, 21 and 27, were attacked near the corner of Herkimer Street and Brooklyn Avenue at about 12:50 a.m. on July 5, said police.
Video surveillance shows a large group charging toward the corner, where two men whip out guns and shoot the young woman in the knee, the 21-year-old in the thigh and the 27-year-old in the leg, according to police.

The young woman and two men were taken to Kings County Hospital in serious but stable condition and the shooters fled on foot down Herkimer Street, police said.
Police are now looking for the two gunmen, one of whom was last seen wearing a light blue du-rag and a white tank top, the other wearing a camouflage shirt and dark colored pants.

At least four teenagers have been killed in Brooklyn in the past month. A 15-year-old and 16-year-old were murdered in East New York on Saturday, Justin Delapara, 17, shot 16-year-old Latrell Brown in the head in Bed-Stuy last week, and an 18-year-old was found shot dead in Flatbush in June.
