Woman Steals $1,000 From Brooklyn Chase Bank, Police Say

The woman robbed the Chase Bank on Bedford and DeKalb avenues around 3 p.m. Tuesday, police say.

CLINTON HILL, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for the women who stole $1,000 from a Chase Bank in Brooklyn Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The woman quietly passed two notes demanding cash to a teller at the Chase Bank on the corner of Bedford and DeKalb avenues around 3 p.m. Tuesday, said police.

The robber, whom police describe as a woman with red hair standing five-foot-seven woman, grabbed $1,000 and fled onto the street, police said.

Chase representatives were not immediately available to comment.
