Bedford's 2019 Tentative Assessment Roll To Be Out June 3

BEDFORD, NY — This week, the Town of Bedford is completing its 2019 tentative assessment roll for real property taxes. An electronic copy will be available for perusal in the Assessor's Office at Bedford Town House, 321 Bedford Road in Bedford Hills.

It can be seen and examined by anyone during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from June 3 through June 18, with the exception of holidays and weekends.

Grievance Day will be held during the hours of 9 a.m. to noon and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. June 18 at the Bedford Town House. A verified written complaint stating the full value of the property and the reasons for the complaint must be filed with the town assessor on or before June 18.

The assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll for limited hours on limited days. Go here for the schedule.
