The Yorktown Fusion, who play under the Yorktown Soccer Club Girls Under 12 Soccer, came in 1st place this spring after weeks of competition in the newly created Metro League.
The Metro League features the best teams of multiple area leagues as far away as Manhattan. The team is made up of players from Yorktown, Somers, Mahopac, Cortlandt, Peekskill, Katonah and South Salem.

Youth Baseball
Bedford Hills, Bedford/Pound Ridge, P Lewisboro and B Lewisboro compete in the 9-year-old division of the Westchester Putnam Baseball Association as per the WPBA website.
All-Star Game
The Section 1 baseball all-star game is scheduled to be held tonight at 7 p.m. at Dutchess Stadium according to Vincent Mercogliano's post on the LoHud Baseball Blog.
