Dutchess County Man Faces Felony Charges for Westchester Burglary

BEDFORD, NY — A man who was suspected of burglarizing several homes was arrested, Bedford police said, with heroin and stolen items.
Justin Williams, 26, whose last known address is in Holmes, Dutchess County, faces felony burglary and larceny charges, the Journal News said.
