Emergency Drills to Take Place at Lewisboro Elementary

SOUTH SALEM, NY — Emergency response drills will be conducted at Lewisboro Elementary School Jan. 28 and 29.

According to a Katonah-Lewisboro School District spokeswoman, the Lewisboro Ambulance Corp, New York State Police and local fire departments will be practicing responses to various emergency situations at the school which is currently vacant.

The public should not be alarmed by the drills.

The school is located at 79 Bouton Rd. in South Salem.
