Choose to walk or run 5k or ride 30 miles to benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation and show support for the 28 million living with cancer today! There will be activities for runners and cyclists of all levels before and after the event!
Friends and family are invited to join in the fun! From LIVE music & performances, to a community fair and local businesses giving special offers and events, there will be a lot to do during the ride & run and after!
We will have a CHILDREN'S RIDE! Register kids for $18 to ride from Trinity Corners Shopping Center to the Town Park and back on the bike trail! All registered participants in the run or the adult ride will receive a t-shirt. All participants are automatically entered into a raffle to win great prizes (must be present to win).

Packets can be picked up for those who pre-register by April 1 at the REI Norwalk Location (189 Connecticut Ave, Norwalk, CT 06854) between April 2 and April 9.
Riders & runners are asked, but not required, to raise $180 above and beyond registration fees*.
