Bedford Chamber Concerts launches its 2012-2013 season with an all Bach program featuring guest flutist Mimi Stillman. Performing with Ms. Stillman will be renowned harpsichordist Anthony Newman and the Bedford Chamber Ensemble.
Ms. Stillman, a critically acclaimed artist has garnered such praise as - “A magically gifted flutist, a breath of fresh air” - The Washington Post, “A seasoned artist of spirited, unbridled virtuosity” - New York Concert Review, “Technically agile and imaginative in her use of color” - The New York Times, “A ball of fire in person and on the stage” - The Alexandria Journal.
The program will include Bach’s Brandenburg #5 in D, Sonata for Flute and Continuo in e minor and Overture in B minor for Flute and Strings.

BCC concerts take place in the beautiful and acoustically superior Fellowship Hall of St. Matthew’s Church in Bedford. Wine is served during intermission and is included in the $35 ticket price.
