This bird watching excursion will take lead us from the museum to Lost Pond, a favorite destination for many visitors to the sanctuary. Mid-May is the usually the height of bird migration, so we’re likely to come across a number of migratory and summer resident bird species. Binoculars are needed to view the birds. This is a great opportunity for newcomers to learn how to identify birds by sight and sound. Suitable for ages 10yrs to adult. RSVP requested but not required.
