Join us for a quick introduction to the interesting life of insects. Thought by many to be a bother, learn the extraordinary role this group of creatures fulfills in the habitats of Westmoreland Sanctuary. We will venture out on the trail in search of resident insect life. Participants are welcome to bring an insect net and collection container (with lid) to view specimens up close. A few nets and containers will be on hand to borrow. All ages welcome.
