All races starting at the South Salem Library on Main Street with registration starting at 7:00 a.m. The 10K starts at 8:00 a.m , a 5K at 9:30. This year we are introducing a 5K Stroller race that will be starting at 9:35. For those who wanted a more moderate workout, there is a health walk following the 5K runners around this course. Youth Mile Fun Run and Peewee races begin after the others finished.
For race spectators frozen fruit smoothies and iced coffee served by Nature's Temptations of Ridgefield, CT will be a welcomed treat especially if the temps soar!
