Trip to Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge, Queens, N.Y.C. With Bedford Audubon Naturalist Tait Johansson

Jamaica Bay is an amazing birding destination at any time of year. In spring, waterfowl use the marshes, beaches, and ponds as a stopover on their journey north. In addition to binoculars and lunch, bring boots you don’t mind getting muddy.  Departure from Bylane Farm, 35 Todd Road, Katonah at 8:00 a.m. Registration required. Level of difficulty: Easy to strenuous.
