Ex-Pound Ridge Librarian Sues to Get Job Back
She claims the library's board was not impartial in its decision.

POUND RIDGE, NY — The Pound Ridge Library director fired in September is challenging her termination in court.
The lawsuit, filed in Supreme Court, said the library’s board prejudged the charges and was not impartial in its decision to let Marilyn Tinter go, the Journal News said.
The library’s Board of Trustees alleged Tinter had employees check books out and then back into the library. There were other allegations, including intimidation and insubordination.

She had been suspended without pay and then eventually fired.
