Excitement Builds For First Katonah Art Walk Of 2022 This Saturday

KATONAH, NY — The weekend forecast is springlike for a change, just in time for the return of the Katonah Art Walk.

The first Katonah Art Walk of 2022 will be on Saturday. It will be a great chance to see the art galleries and shops, meet up with friends and neighbors and grab a drink and/or some food. It will also be a great chance to experience the vibrancy of Katonah if you are interested in moving to the hamlet in the Town of Bedford.

If you want to mark your calendar, future art walk dates for 2022 will be on May 21, June 25, July 23, August 27, September 24 and October 22. The walks will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The stops on the Saturday, April 23 walk include:

1. Katonah Museum of Art: free admission from 4-5 p.m.; The Haas Brothers Exhibit and Learning Center installation by Jeila Gueramian
2. Katonah Reading Room: group art show
3. ArtsMobile by ArtsWestchester Pop-Up: next to Old New House
4. Old New House: new art
5. Gazebo - Live Music: School of Rock Bedford
6. Katonah Village Library: art by Artist Jeila Gueramian; family art activities 4 p.m.- 5:30 p.m.; Meet the Artist reception 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
7. Kelloggs & Lawrence: open with pop-up artists set up in front
8. Oak & Oil: new art; Artist reception for Natalya Khorover's "Bellezze Da Spazzatura" from 5-8 p.m.
9. Nine By Ash: lovely wares
10. CB Gallery: new art; look for Poké Motion food truck next to the gallery
11. RubySue: lovely wares
12. Gather: lovely wares
13. Chroma Gallery: new art
