Online Threats Close Down Harvey School Friday: UPDATE
The school had initially posted a two-hour delay, but that changed after the second threat was made.

KATONAH, NY — The Harvey School in Katonah was closed for the day Friday, after posting a two-hour delay, because of an Instagram photo that contained a caption with a derogatory word for black people, which was posted earlier in February, and an online threat made Friday morning.
News 12 said the school made a statement saying its Twitter account had been compromised and an unknown person posted the threatening message around 6:30 a.m.
Whether the school would be open on Monday is not yet known.
