KATONAH-LEWISBORO, NY — John Jay High School seniors who excelled academically, gave back to their community and grew as students and leaders during one of the most challenging times in modern history to be a high school student were recognized as 93 students were inducted into the National Honor Society.

The 2021 Induction Ceremony of the John Jay High School chapter of the National Honor Society was held as an in-person event for the honorees. Hundreds of proud family members were able to be a part of the ceremony through a live-stream of the special event.

"Congratulations. It is good to see all of you in one setting," John Jay High School Principal Steven Siciliano said in his remarks to the cream of the crop of the class of 2022. "Many individuals show promise and enjoy excellence at moments in time. What distinguishes this group of students is the consistency they have shown over a sustained period.”
