Lewisboro Makes Veterans Day Plans To Include Every Generation

From the youngest members of the community to senior citizens, the whole town has a part to play thanking & honoring veterans this year.

LEWISBORO, NY — Lewisboro will commemorate and celebrate Veterans Day on Thursday with traditional style and grace.

Organizers say the events have been planned as a celebration of Lewisboro's living veterans, but have also included a moment of silence at 11 a.m. and Taps will be played at the end of the ceremonies.

Planners are hoping to have as many Lewisboro veterans as possible attend the event.
