One Arrested In Bedford During Labor Day Crackdown
State police from Troop K announced they took 31 impaired drivers off Hudson Valley roads over the Labor day holiday weekend.

BEDFORD, NY — State police in Troop K arrested 31 drivers during the Labor Day weekend crackdown and charged them with driving while impaired. One arrest took place in Bedford.
On Sept. 2, State Police from SP Somers arrested Richard B. Clampitt, 55, of Lewisboro, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was found sleeping in his vehicle on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
