Plattekill Woman, 23, Arrested on DWI Charge in Bedford

Brianna M. Maldonado, 23, of Plattekill was arrested early Sunday on charge of driving while intoxicated on I-684 in Bedford, according to state police.

Maldonado was stopped on the side of the road northbound when troopers spotted her. Upon review, they discovered that she had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.15 percent.

On December 14, 2014, at approximately 3:07 a.m., the New York State Police in Somers arrested Brianna M. Maldonado, 23 years of age from Plattekill, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated. Troopers patrolling Interstate 684 in the Town of Bedford observed the vehicle driven by Maldonado stopped on the northbound shoulder of the interstate near mile post parker 13.7. Subsequent investigation revealed Maldonado to be driving while intoxicated, with a BAC of 0.15%. Maldonado was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Bedford Court on December 18, 2014, at 8:00 p.m.
