The addition will mean the center can expand its existing programs.

POCANTICO HILLS, NY — The Playhouse, built in 1927 by John D. Rockefeller Jr. will become part of the The Pocantico Center. It will be used for public and philanthropic programs.
The National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund said the ownership of the property and four guesthouses will be transferred to the trust, the Journal News said.
The Pocantico Center will be able to expand its existing programs with the addition of the new properties.
