Police Arrest 2 For Road Rage On I-684
The incidents occurred five minutes apart on the same day and were not related.

LEWISBORO, NY — State police arrested two individuals for separate road rage incidents on the same day on I-684. Luca Racanelli, 42 , of Carmel, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor.
Monica B. Parker, 57, of Lewisboro, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
Police said, at around 3:10 p.m. Oct. 4, while driving on Interstate 684, Racanelli threw a quarter-inch socket wrench at another driver.

The victim was struck in the face, sustaining minor injuries.
Approximately five minutes later, in a separate incident on I-684, Parker threw an unknown metal object at the vehicle of another driver, police said.

The vehicle was hit, damaging the windshield.
Racanelli was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of North Castle Court on Oct. 23.
Parker was also issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Bedford Court on Oct. 17.
