Port Chester Man, 43, Arrested in Bedford on Charge of DWI
The incident occurred Wednesday on I-684.
Port Chester resident Damien N. Gunning, 43, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated Wednesday on I-684 in Bedford, according to state police.
Troopers stopped Gunning for speeding, police said, and during the investigation troopers discovered Gunning was intoxicated.
Police said Gunning’s Blood Alcohol Content was .12 percent, which is above the legal limit, and he was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Bedford Court on April 23.
