Voters chose all new board members to fill open seats this year.

POUND RIDGE, NY — The longtime director of the Pound Ridge Library has been fired by the board of trustees.
Marilyn Tinter was let go September 26 and the following day voters elected new people to the board, giving the current board president, Erin Trostle, the boot as well, according to the Journal News.
The top five vote-getters—there were five seats up for election and 10 names on the ballot—were Michele Gage, Ken Turner, Pat Dauer, Carl Weinberg and Miriam Schindel, according to election results posted on the library’s website.
