We are writing in support of each other, Ellen Calves and Bobbi Bittker, for the two Bedford Town Board seats up for election this year. We appear on the Democratic, Independence and Working Families Lines. Since two Town Board seats are up for election this year, you can vote for two candidates.

For the last ten months, we have been working together to earn your votes and hear what matters to you. With our different areas of expertise, and diverse work and community involvement, we bring a wealth of experience to the table. Not only will we work hard for you, but we work well together and can’t wait to roll up our sleeves to move Bedford forward.

Campaigning together requires a lot of communication and collaboration, and while we don’t agree on everything, we share similar values. We strongly agree that climate action, holding the line on taxes, enriching our communities through smart economic development, and improving affordability are priorities.
